As a Project Manager in Finance, you will:

• Lead kick-off meetings with new clients that you will choose from
• Manage your own projects and organize your own time
• Collect and process the clients’ information while enforcing all applicable data privacy guidelines and laws
• Represent your clients’ best interests in front of the Federal Public Service Finance if and when they decide to audit your clients’ files

As a Project Manager in Finance, you:

• Have a bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or equivalent
• Have experience in tax auditing, financial consultancy, data analysis or similar
• Speak Dutch natively and English fluently. Speaking French would be a nice asset
• Have proficient skills in Excel. VBA knowledge would be a very strong plus
• Are a great communicator, ready to solve complex problems and have fun while doing it
• Always look for new ways to improve your efficiency, and often have helpful suggestions

Forecast expects you to hit the ground rolling and be autonomous within a very short timeframe.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will:

• Offer our services to C-level executives: CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, etc., in your region
• Find new prospects and ensure they understand that we are the best service provider for them
• Negociate contract terms such as pricing and duration, in accordance with guidelines given by your manager
• Leverage your network to help your teammates with the accounts they’re currently targeting
• Help consultants with their cross- and upselling efforts
• Help consultants get the mission started

As a Regional Account Manager, you:

• Enjoy challenges and have experience hunting new B2B clients – farming is usually done by the operational consultants
• Have experience selling to C-level executives and are familiar with very long sales cycles associated with complex products
• Communicate effortlessly, both with teammates, clients and prospects. Your written and verbal skills are excellent in Dutch and English. French is considered an asset
• Already have a broad and relevant network through your F&F and previous experience
• Already have some familiarity with selling financial or operational consultancy services
• Are well-organized – CRMs have no secrets for you
• Are a results-driven person
